Phone Question

I had connection trouble on Thursday @PollyannaMom , and I have Verizon as well. Maybe it is a company thing as of late?

My wife had Verizon connection issues Thursday too. We got new phones last Saturday. My phone had no issues.

I've been having this problem recently as well. Still haven't figured it out.

I would have your son try to call you again. See if it rings and/or shows a 'missed call' from him.

Update - finally had a chance to have DS call in a controlled situation. He was right here in the house, and it didn't even ring - on his end or on mine. I had him try again and leave a voicemail, and it did show up there after a couple of minutes (but not under missed calls).

He checked to see that I didn't have him on Do Not Disturb as well.

He has tomorrow off, so we may suck it up and go to the shop with both phones in hand.

But I'm still open to ideas in the meantime!
