Right now I have a cell and a landline. I'll be dumping the landline in the next month or so. Unless they offer me a super cheap rate to stay then I might keep it.

I've got both, and am planning on keeping them. Around here the cell coverage isn't great, especially at our house. Until that changes, I'll have both.

I have both and have no immediate plans to get rid of either.

I rarely use the cell, but it's one of those things that just comes in handly enough to keep. I consider it a necessary evil. I'm not that much fonder of the landline, but at least I don't have to carry it around and it comes in handy when I want to fax something.

Both. The landline is used basically for the fax machine, as the only phone calls we get on that line are the ones from that pesky "Unknown Caller."

we have both. I could care less about the land line but dh is retired so he spends a LOT of time on the phone talking

I have both. It's kind of hard to reach me on a cell phone though.

I have both and I'm keeping both. For making those pesky, "press this, press that" automated calls - you can't beat the landline. You don't have to worry about minutes, the connection is clearer and the buttons are BIGGER!

I dont need a lanline but i dont really have a Choice. Its the only way for me to get DSL. im on life line which is only $10 a month for basic service. I hate it though, i get soo much junk calls.

I'm keeping my landline being is our cell phone reception isn't always that great. I also have a old rotary Mickey Mouse phone but we do have 2 other touch tone phones in the house to use.
