Is there a phone number to call if a Disney Transportation bus does not show up?

My sister sat at the Swan and Dolphin for 50 minutes trying to get to BB. BIL went into the Dolphin and were told "The bus comes every 20-30 minutes". They gave up and took a taxi for $20.

When I saw a person timing the buses at BWI I got the same line "The bus should be there every 20-30 minutes" then a blank look.

What happens if a bus doesn't show?

i don't know about other resorts, but at CBR there is a phone in the bus station and you can call a number (posted there) to report if you've been waiting a long time, or if it's an off-time, call and ask for a bus to whatever your destination... we found them to be quite helpful

also, at pop, there was a dispatcher there in the mornings who would call a bus on his walkie-talkie as soon as he saw a line forming for any particular park...

last but not least, disney uses white vans (econoline type) that are transportation cms that sit in various parking lots watching bus lines and timing... dh has been known to knock on their window to ask for a bus (after waiting nearly an hour for a bus to FW for HDDR at 4 in the afternoon)...

OP I feel for you since I've been there and done that.

I learned not to ask nicely in the gift shop what to do when a bus takes forever. We were at the ASMO and waited for a bus to DTD for 40 minutes with a huge line of people complaining. I told the people I would run in the gift shop and ask if they could call a bus. I went in waited patiently in line at the gift shop to ask the CM behind the counter if she could please call for a bus since we were waiting for over 40 minutes and the line was huge. She raised her voice to tell me it was not her job and that I would just have to wait like everyone else. On top of that a female guest waiting at the counter started to put in her two sense about how if you take the busses that is what you get. I ignored the guest and asked the cm calmly how long it was supposed to take between busses and she said it varies but there is no guarantee. At that point the CM and the guest were talking smack about the situation so I just looked at the guest and told her her she really should mind her own business and left. You should have heard the people in line when I told them what I was told inside. It took about 60 minutes till the first bus came and at that point they had to send for a second and maybe even a thrid to get everyone waiting. I am glad I have a phone number now but fortunatly that experience was on my first on property stay and we have not had a problem since.

There is no BB bus. The AK bus stops at BB. Did they see any AK buses during that time.
Was this recently. BB is closed this month.
