Phone Number for Special Event Reservations?

Does anyone know if there is a UK number for special event reservations? If it doesn't sell out before Monday, I'm going to leave instructions for my DH to call on Monday and book tickets for the Villains Unleashed, but I'm not sure which phone number to give him, and obviously don't want to use the wrong one/be on hold for ages with the US phone number...

Any ideas?

We'll try online, but the page on the website has been showing "Server Busy" since Thursday for the Villains event, and Disney aren't know for fixes their glitches quickly!

How on earth did you get that to load? I get the Donald Duck Sever is Busy holding page no matter how often I refresh or what device I use! (Tablet/laptop/phone all show me the same thing!)

when i open that page, villains unleashed is the last one on the list.

however, the page i'm opening is the US page
perhaps when you open it, you're being sent to the UK version of it?

I can get the link to show me the US site on my tablet, which does indeed show tickets. However my phone redirects to the UK site, which gives an event list, not a place to buy tickets. That list is missing the Villains event.

disney drives me crazy with the UK/US sites.

sometimes i manage to get to the US site, sometimes i don't

i use different browsers on my computer and clear them of cookies, but even that doesn't always work.

i guess you're going to have to call.

Try calling the UK number today and see what they say.
although i think it says the call has to be during the hours of the east coast US.
but you can try anyway

Thanks Beth - the UK number always redirects to the US. I think they put it in place to save us the cost, so hopefully at 11am mum will be able to get them for us

I figured out how to get the US site... at the bottom of the UK site, there are links under "International Versions"... Click USA: English and ta-dah! I had to bring up "More Links" before I could find that link on my phone, but it takes you across. From there, the tickets option has "Special Event Tickets" as a tab!
