Help, We leave for Disney next Friday and want to order Connections vouchers. I registered on Sunday and have not received anything. Does anyone have an phine number where I can reach them.

Also, would you order this close to leaving.

I would not order this close to leaving, but you should get them on time if you are talking next Friday (August 30). If you order today they should arrive on Monday or Tuesday (be sure someone is there to sign for them). The phone number is 1-800-568-2386. If you signed up on the computer it usually takes a few days to get everything into the system.

I signed up for Connections and ordered them from the website that night...received them via UPS 3 days later.

Usually if you order on a Monday or Tuesday they arrive by Thursday or Friday. If you order on Wednesday they may arrive on Friday or Monday. Thursday and Friday Orders usually arrive on Monday or Tuesday. All of the Disney media is sent UPS and must be signed for. Other gift cards, etc. are sent regular mail and usually arrive sooner( remember UPS does not deliver on Saturday).

I became a member over the phone a week ago Friday and I have called everyday since trying to order my vouchers and they tell me that I am not in the system so I can NOT order the voucher! Help- what can I do?

When you joined Connections, did you take the time to print out a copy of your membership card? If you did, there is a phone number on there that will allow you to order vouchers 24/7. I got the same run around when I called the phone number from the website, but Julie (the rep on the 1-800-568-2386 number) was wonderful. It took me less than 5 minutes to order the Q&C and MK Lunch vouchers I need for the Sept. pin event at Epcot.

BTW, the vouchers arrived today via UPS, but they MUST be signed for in person. If you work and can have things delivered to you there, that's your best bet. Luckily I'm off next Tuesday, so I arranged with UPS to redeliver them on that day. I just have to stay home until they arrive.

BTW, kudos to the DIS boards. Without you folks over here, I would be spending way too much on food on my next visit to WDW, Sept. 18 - Sept. 23. Now I'll have more money to spend on PINS !!!!!!!

I FINALLY got my membership # and was in the computer Thursday afternoon! I called and talked with Lachan (who was great!) and told her I wanted to order 10 Quick & Casual vouchers. She put me on hold for a bit and came back and asked me to explain what these were! I told her that they were lunch or dinner vouchers that cost $11 and were for Walt Disney World. She talked with someone else and then told me that they were actually called Disney meal vouchers/lunch or dinner and that they cost $11. I said that sounded fine to me! I was just glad that I was actually in the computer and send me out 10 of those! LOL My saga is finally over- thanks to everyone here on the DIS for their help
