Phone number for All Star Music...anyone ever sent stuff before arrival?

We are going down in about 4 weeks and I want to mail water and snacks down ahead of time. Just because of all the airline fees. I was wondeing if anyone has had experience with this and if anyone has the direct line to the all star music resort. Feedback please!?!

Not sure if you are buying them and then mailing them, or just ordering them. If ordering, try gardengrocer.com or even maybe amazon, since they do grocery items, too and shipping may be free

Getting an actual number for the resort will be very hard? What do you need to know? Lots of people ship stuff to themselves, or order it and have it delivered.

We shipped a box to ASMu for our trip at the end of June...no problems!

They offered to deliver it to our room -- but I saved them the trip and carried it myself.

It is the normal way to ship boxes before you arrive at the hotel, we always do it. Good luck.

We are leaving Sept 8. When do you guys think we should mail the stuff down? How far in advance? I was going to purchase the things myself and then send them in a flat rate box via usps. Do you just put the resort address then on the side put your name, arrival date, res. number? If someone could walk me through it I would really appreciate it! Then do they hold the box at the front desk for you?

Someone said they offered to deliver it to the room...did they do this while you were checking in? TIA, I dont wanna mess this up, lol.

DO NOT ship it USPS!!!!
Anything in the mail system will go to a general mail delivery area NOT THE RESORT!!! You MAY get your items, sometime. If you want to ship it to the resort, ship it UPS, FEDEX or DHL. But the the other parts you had correct..
