Phone number Art of Animation?

Hi, does anyone know a phone number to get to the actual resort at AOA? I was there last week and mailed 2 letters from the resort. Neither have been delivered yet. I tried calling but only got guest services and she refused to give me the phone number. Also, told me to call the USPS to see what happened. UGH Thanks!!

I don't think there is a phone number to reach the resort directly (at least not that visitor's can access) - I'm pretty sure every phone number, even if it says "front desk" goes to a call center. Did you put the letters in a mailbox or hand them to a CM to mail?

You cannot reach the resort directly. It goes to a call center.

You can try email and ask that it be forwarded to AoA, but I'm thinking your letters aren't there.. They're somewhere in the delivery process, maybe at the Disney mail center, maybe on a USPS conveyance or hub. Unless you used certified mail or some other similar option, nobody will be able to find your two letters among hundreds or millions of pieces.

We've mailed postcards from the resort that have taken more than two weeks to arrive. Trying to call won't work because all calls are routed to a call center, even if the person answering says AoA. Also, once you've dropped them in the mail at the resort, no one is going to know where your two letters are. They could be anywhere within the postal system.

We had mail take almost a full month from Caribbean Beach last Feb/ March
