What are the hours for the phone reservations at Disney?

I am not sure of the exact hours but I know the lines are open no later than 9am. I have also called at 6something in the evening and the lines were still open then as well. Sorry I don't have a more exact answer

I would think that the dining line is also 8am, but I'm not sure. If you call the number and they're closed, there is probably a recording that gives the hours.
