Phone # for HIFS?

Does anyone have a telephone number for HIFS? I would like to leave a phone number with my family in case of emergency and someone needs to contact us. I have a reservation number, but I'm not sure if this is directly to the hotel, or a call center that takes reservations on it's behalf. Thanks in advance.
