i was hoping to try and get a personalized ornament for my daughter's first xmas...since we are not going to be taking another trip until january, was wondering if anyone had the phone number, and any experience in ordering something such as that over the phone. i had them ship an ornament home when we were there on on honeymoon, and had great results...any thoughts would be appreciated

I orderd GOH badges over the phone from them a couple years ago and I had great service. One of the badges arrived with a flaw on it, and they sent a replacement out right away-no extra charge and they didn't have me send back the flawed badge either. Hopefully their service is still as good.
