How many phone cards should we bring? One for waiter, asst waiter, cabin steward, and how many for 4 year old helpers in kids cub? Anyone else I forgot? I bought 5, should I get more?

It's really your decision. WalMart gift cards are also a good choice for the counselors in the clubs. Although I don't have little kids - my baby WORKS on the ship - the WalMart gift cards make a lot of sense to me. You can buy a bunch of them in $5 or $10 denominations. Then if you don't give them out you can have a spending spree when you get home. (But don't count on it since I've found the service to be fantastic)
FYI the 4 year old will have about 10 or 12 different counselors in the club but many folks limit their "extras" to the 2 or 3 that provide something extra special.
For the counselors in the clubs, I suggest WalMart gift cards because there's a "fun bus" that they can catch to WalMart when they're in Port Canaveral. They can use the gift cards to purchase personal items or candy or photo processing or whatever.
Also, DD has a cell phone and several of the other CMs do also. She had no trouble finding someone's cell phone to use one weekend when she was off the ship and her battery died in the middle of a call to me. I found that our stateroom host also had a cellphone so before you give phone cards, it might be nice to inquire if the person has a cell phone that they regularly use.
The WalMart gift cards aren't as useful to the servers and stateroom hosts since they rarely have time off when the ship is in port.
