Phone ADR, no online record: normal?

Whenever I book by phone (which is more than I'd like but necessary for example for TIW discount at HDDR), I'm never able to pull up online record of the reservation. I always get some "E" code error.

Am I missing something -- or is that just how it is?

It's never been a problem (I have number CM on phone gave me) but it always bugs me. I like the print out (as I get when I book ADR online.)

Anyone know if I'm missing a step?

I had a problem once when I made the ADR over the phone, the CM did not ask for my phone number, so since there was no phone number linked to the ressie, I couldn't pull it up online with just the confirm number.

That's a good guess for my problem. They asked for my onsite reservation (which I gave) and verified that phone number -- then they went from there.

I tried with that phone number to pull up online. No go.

Hmn. Well, , since they had no trouble hitting my credit card, I'm sure I'm fine.

They are also experiencing technical difficulties with the online ADR retrieval system. It's "supposed" to be back and running sometime on the 20th. I cant retrieve any of my ADR's I booked months ago online even though I could just last week.

So I wouldn't worry.

I havent been able to pull up any of the phone ADRs either. Before the update all the ones I made online were there, and I had to pull up manually the phone ones. Of course things have changed since the update lol

I booked two ressies via phone and was told it's normal for the ressies to not appear online if booked by phone. The online system is using your email and phone number for ressie retrival, where I think other factors come into play for retrieval with phone bookings. It's kind of like my trip confirm...I booked through a travel agent vs. directly through Disney and that won't come up online either, but if I call- it pulls up right away.
