Phinny's Game The French Quarter ... I mean It Takes Two :)

Note to self: Get in line within the first twenty minutes if you want to play...

I got in the 1st line at 40 something-waited and waited while it didn't move. Finally got to room when Phinny said she was opening a new room. I left and started searching for the new room. When it opened I got in line at 371 and never made it in. I sat in line from the time it opened until it closed. I was at 14 when it closed. Don't think 20 minutes would have helped today.

Phinny is the worst! SHe starts late, ends early and boots ppl from her room way to often! uh, Where is her Disney attitude!!

The game really started half an hour late, so to me it should run for an extra half hour or so, or about that long. Go ahead and close the line, so nobody else can join, but the line shouldn't be closed on time because the game really started so late. I thought that the owner leaving didn't always mean everyone had to leave anymore, but I guess that has changed.

Phinny did open late, yes, but she was having technical difficulties. She ended it right on time and that is because, as they have said before, there is no way to stop allowing people in the line and keep the room open. They used to pull the room from the list, which they can no longer do. It is not Phinny's fault that she has to close it. The hosts have been told to close on time. She is doing her job.

My problem here is that there is ALWAYS something wrong. When Hula hosts a game, she disappears 30 minutes after starting the game, leaving the remaining 2 hours to be player-hosted organized chaos. In almost every single one of Hula's events, she either dc's, crashes, or disappears with no explination when she returns. As of late, too, they all seem to be having problems with these "secret" tools they use to deliver prizes through room entry... not really sure what's up with that. I assume the number of porters being used last night was the cause for switching the games because it would take too long to switch/test them all.

I don't really mind the occasional problems - those are always going to happen. But this many of them from one host and this many with one thing is just ridiculous. I'm sorry.

When Hula

I stopped reading after that... I'm sorry, but none of this can be considered Hula's fault.

I have been playing since last March, and I have concrete evidence that Hula is the one Host that brings the Disney magic into the game.

Might I point you to the Pink Tiki thread a little lower? Might I point you to all the 'I love Hula' fan clubs?

I got into Phinny's room last night, spun the generators, lost, tried to get another VMK Pass, but figured that with over 800 in queue, no chance.

Another nail in the coffin of me playing VMK indefinitely.

I was # 2 in line after waiting in queue to get in and then its changed which then means we have to start all over...just not fair????? Yup...Me too...come on POTC!!!!

As for Host hula...hey i have no complaints either she really has gone above and beyonf to help us or keep her rom open later for many of us to get in!
