Dave - I heard you and DD's on the DIS podcast. I didn't realize you were a celebrity when I met you a few weeks ago. It sounds like you will be a DIS regular in 2009.

Howard - Pretty soon you are going to need a bionic foot. I hope you get this PF thing mostly corrected before WDW. Hey, let me know if you want to run an LR together before WDW. I don't have anything to train for but I'll run with you if you want to go to Philly early one weekend. I can get you 15-20 miles in Fairmount Park w/o dealing with cars or roads.

Jodi - So Bruce is going to be running RTB? He's going to be carrying us. Make sure Bruce and Mike get all the long, uphill legs.

Hey Chester, Jen, Butch, and everyone I missed.

No running for me today. Just a 6+ hour meeting with my accountant..stairing at reports and trying to figure out how to run a business. I did sprint from my office to the fridge to grab a cold beer the second he left my office.

I may actually try an LR tomorrow for the heck of it. Why not?

As for the pictre question you need to post the picture on a host site then link to it- that's as technical as I get, maybe Cam can do a better job explaining.

I did 4 miles today and a bit of Christmas shopping. I am now hanging out playing random games and trying to use the letter "y" in place of "i" as much as possible...

Okay, Jodi, since none of these BOTS has offered to help you, I will do my best.

Open an account at an internet photo site like photobucket.com or shutterfly.com and upload your photos from your camera to that site.

Once your photo is uploaded to that site, it is given an internet address. I prefer photobucket because it gives you a bunch of codes under each pic. If you use that site, click on the IMG code under the picture and it will say copied.

Come to where you want to post on the DIS and open a reply or quick reply window.

Right click where you want to put the picture, and hit "paste" and you should get

.
When you hit post reply or post quick reply, the picture should show up in the spot represented by those two bracketed image codes with the internet address in between.

If you use a site that doesn't give you an img code, all you have to do is right click on the picture and then click on "properties" and highlight the address to copy and paste that in your post with

at the end.

Final alternative -- once you get the address for your picture on the internet site, copy it and come here and click on the little mountain icon above the reply window, paste the picture's web addresss, and then tell it to post.
I hope that all makes sense. Go ahead and try it and we'll figure it out if it doesn't work. Okay?
