Phil and Ted Tandem questions?

Looking to rent a Phil and Ted tandem stroller for our upcoming trip. Oldest is about 40 lbs and 45 inches; youngest is 34 lbs and 40 inches. Will they fit??

Yes, they will fit fine. We rented a phil and ted tandem on our last visit for our kids 8 (65 lbs), 6 (40lbs) and 4 (35 lbs) all fit fine in it in different combinations. And it was a dream to push and maneuver through the parks. We used orlandostrollerstogo.com they were great. you will love the tandem

Thanks so much!! I am torn about bringing a a single and having them take turns when they get tired, or doing the double but I want it to be a manageable size. This is good information.

The doubles kit in the rear position has weight limit up to 33 pound your 4yr old would be okay in it and the 6 yr old as well but putting the 8yr old in the rear would really be pushing it.

yes be mindful of the weight restrictions however when our 4 year old wanted to walk and our 8 year old needed a break we would have our 6 year old in the doubles kit and our 8 year old would ride up front and we had no issues. in fact there was not that much difference pushing the stroller, it was great.
