Our party of 9 consisting of 5 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler and 2 infants has returned from a 6 day trip (May 19 -25) to OKW in our 1st GV stay. Location could have been better.... 4815 southpoint area with views of golf course and bus stop. Buses were noisy but easy to catch. 10 minute walk to Hospitality House or 3 minutes to quiet pool.
Didn't use community hall.
Loved DDP and had great food except for Whispering canyon Cafe but loved our server.
Lots of pool time and 2 park days. Mk & Ak
My biggest issus is the fact that each park has only 1 baby care centre for nursing moms. Being a family oriented place you'd think they would add more or at least have a couple of chairs in the washrooms. I refuse to feed my infant on a toilet!
Used baby care twice near crystal palace, did one feed in Mickey's Philharmonic, and once while waiting for the parade!
Downtown Disney was insanely busy......hard to move around and almost impossible for pushing a wheelchair.
One thing that I noticed... we always take our 2 yr old to the interactive water play / fountain next to Once Upon a Toy. She loves it and it cools her down, but I never noticed how dangerous it really is. When wet, the cement is like ice and 2 kids slipped and cracked their head hard on the ground. Luckily both were ok... but huge bumps on them. One child was like 3 and the other 10 or 11.
