Just wondered how suitable is this for young children aged 5 and 3?

Is it more gentle horror or too intense for the little ones? :confused3

Thanks for any help. :thumbsup2

Depends how your kids are :teeth: DS was 5 before he convinced himself that it would be okay to go on and then wondered why he had made a fuss.
DD was 3 in February and went on it in the summer and loved it :goodvibes

Personally there is only one bit in the stretch room that might be scary to young children.

Thanks Reid. :thumbsup2

I think we will give it a try, it will be nice to go on things that we can all do together. My DS age 5 is a lot like your boy. He says 'i can't do that' and after a lot of encouragement he goes on, loves it, and wants to ride it for the rest of the day!!

At the end of the day if they don't like it they never have to do it again. Thankfully they are not timid children so i think they will be fine.

Thanks for the quick reply. :goodvibes

that site is great! I haven't seen it before and wish I could have shown my family before our recent visit. I'll have to get them all to have alook today!

I took my dd on it when she was 3 and found it helped to laugh at the scary stuff. She was fine on it however she did cover her eyes when she saw something that she did not like.

My little boy was 5 when we first rode it and he loved it, I think if you're prepared for the bit where the lights go out and explain to them what's going to happen and that some people might scream because they're pretending to be scared, your 5 year old will be fine, for the rest if the ride, if he's not too fussed on the skeletons etc, you can always divert his attention elsewhere - do let me know how you get on with the 3 year old though, we're taking my niece for the first time in March and I'm not sure whether she'll be so keen.

Just a thought in case you haven't done Snow White before - there's a fairly scary bit in that ride (in the forest) which we weren't expecting which frightened him the first time, he did laugh about it after though.

Have a lovely time :wave2:

I rember when we were getting out of the buggys at the end of the ride and a cast member with scary make up on stood in front of me. It gave me such a scare i ended up running out. Even my dd was laughing at me!!! :rotfl:
