Petty Racing and Ebay?

I'm surprising my dh with a Rookie Experience while at WDW. He thinks he's just doing a ride along. What's the cheapest I can get it? I was looking at certificates on Ebay. Is there a discount with the Orlando MagicCard? What is that discount? How soon do I need to book this? I'm hoping to do it on 12/16, does it fill up rather quickly?
