Hi I hope you don't mind me adding to your question.

Are only certain rooms reserved for pets?
My daughter has allergies.

Certain HRH garden view rooms are pet rooms. We have stayed there with our dogs a bunch of times.

Just stayed at PBH over Memorial Day weekend and they allowed pets - the resort map we were given had a pet walkway marked on it with little paw prints and we did see people out walking their dogs. Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure that they keep certain rooms reserved for guests with pets, the rest of the rooms are pet-free. There were no pets in our section of the hotel and the room was exceptionally well cleaned. I have asthma and allergies and had absolutely no issues.

info on the pets at the hotels:

Loews Loves Pets; Restrictions apply

Cleaning fee of $25 will be charged per room (once during the stay)
No more than two pets may occupy any one guestroom

Guests with pets must be booked into a pet friendly room category (upon arrival if guest is reserved in a non-pet room they will be re-assigned to one)

Arrangements must be made with housekeeping for daily room cleaning

Dogs may be walked in designated areas only
If the dog’s behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the dog in an outside shelter

Pets are not allowed in the pool/lounge or restaurant areas
Pet friendly rooms include:
Loews Portofino Bay Hotel: Non-smoking Garden View & Bay View rooms only.
Hard Rock Hotel: Non-smoking Garden Views.
Loews Royal Pacific Resort: NON-smoking standard rooms only.

Club rooms do not participate in the program
Your pet(s) should have all recommended vaccinations currently up-to-date, and you agree to obtain and provide current records from a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet(s) should Loews Hotels request this information from you at any time. Guests can board their pets for the day (no overnight boarding) at the Studio Kennel. Located in the parking structure, boarding costs $15.00 per pet per day and will close 2 hours after the last park closes. There is a phone outside the kennel to contact security to assist in picking up a pet after the kennel has closed.

Guests must provide food and return periodically to walk their pet(s). Upon arrival to the parking garage, ask the toll-plaza attendant for directions to the Studio Kennel.

guests with pets with them are only allowed on the lower floors at tower 2 at RPH.

lower floors for the other resorts also.

if you have an allergy to pets, let the front desk be aware of that so you are not placed on a pet floor.

also, let them know you do not want to be in any room that previously was a pet room.

*Prices are subject to change.

Just tell them this and make sure they understand you cannot have any room that is, was, or has ever been a pet friendly room. They are really good with customer service.
