so I am trying to figure out what the best time to do this is. My kids want to do this bc it's the only other place to see Daisy besides Tusker House and we aren't doing Animal Kingdom this year. I've read on Kenny the Pirates website that it's best to see them at night right before closing. My plan is this...we have an ADR scheduled for CRT at 5:45 and then we have a FP for the buzz Lightyear ride from 6:45-7:45. So I figured even if I don't get to the ride til the end of our FP around 7:45 we prolly won't be getting over to the side show til around 8ish. Is that cutting it to close? They close at 8:30 so if we get there at 8:00 will we still be able to get in to see the characters? I figured everyone starts lining up to see the parade around 8 so maybe it won't be very crowded. I just want to make sure we will still be able to see the characters that late. TIA!

When I went yesterday at 5:20 the line was 20 minutes, I don't often see it more than that.

Are you going to Studios? She meets in front of the Great Movie Ride throughout the day with a short line (she alternates with Donald every 30 minutes):

Thanks for the info! We are going to the studios but it's a jam packed day so I don't know if we will even be able to see her then. At least the side show doesn't have too bad of a wait so that's good. Thanks again!

We've never had to wait more than 10-20 minutes in line even it the middle of the afternoon at peak crowds. I think you'll be fine with your plan.

Last time we visited, we got there about 30 minutes before rope drop. While we were waiting in line, stitch, piglet, donald and daisy all came outside of the gates and posed for photos and signed autographs. No photopass photographers, but it was a nice surprise meet and greet for us.

Thanks! I worry sometimes with stuff that doesn't offer FP. Waiting in lines can prove difficult for my older son who is on the spectrum. 10-15 minutes are usually ok, 20 minutes start to push his patience a bit and sometimes can result in a meltdown. Just trying to plan the best course of action for everyone in our party :)
