I am also a big fan of Travelpro- I've had my current suitcase since 1993 and still going.
Which carry-on and laptop bag did you get?

I'm on my second TravelPro Rollaboard. After about 15 years, I finally gave in and just got myself a new one once the original had way over 500,000 air miles on it. My current version is from 1997 and doesn't have quite so many miles on it, yet, only around 200,000. I can't imagine traveling any other way. I also have a TravelPro rolling briefcase. I'm not so sold on that. It is horizontally wheeled, so you have to pick it up and carry it down the aisle on the plane. Vertically wheeled would be nicer, but that is my only complaint. There is enough room for my laptop and related gear as well as a change of clothes for marathon day-trips or quick one-night business trips. It also fits in some of the tighter overhead bins on regional airliners.

Just a random question about packing everything for your trip in carry-on luggage...

What do you do with toiletries, cosmetics, etc., etc.? I know there is a 3 oz. maximum size for containers containing liquids, and these containers have to be in plastic bags, which I've seen available at most airport security checkpoints.

Here's a solution to the toiletry dilema- go to the Basin shop (there is one at downtown Disney) And get the shampoo bars- they are great!
You may still need to shop for suntan lotion, toothpaste, etc.
