My friend's mother went to Disney on her honeymoon and her favorite ride was PPF. She couldn't locate it and asked a CM where it was and they said that it was closed. I told her that it couldn't possibly be true because I hadn't heard it on the DIS! So if anyone has news/confermation, it would be appreciated!

It is still open. That is until it gets replaced by some new Pixar commercial.

You didn't say which Disney park.

Peter Pan's Flight is in four Disney parks — the original Disneyland, the Magic Kingdom at WDW, Tokyo Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris. In each of these parks, Peter Pan's Flight was one of the original attractions and continues to be in operation today.

Perhaps you friend's mother went to one of these parks when the ride was temporarily closed for refurbishment. Even then, it should have been easy to find the attraction on the park map.

Also, there are plans to add Peter Pan's Flight to Hong Kong Disneyland.

Peter Pan's Flight is very popular. In each park, it typically has the longest lines of any of dark rides in Fantasyland. There's something about the ride that captures the imagination and invites repeat visits.

I really wouldn't worry about that. Peter Pan's flight isn't Superstar Limo or Timekeeper.

ME TOO! I love Peter Pan's flight. It was always my Dad's favorite and I always enjoy the ride. Not to mention the always constant two hour standby wait.

Sorry, my bad. Walt Disney World Orlando, Fl. Who knows, maybe she was trying to give me a heart attack but I had to check it out before I started arguing! Thanks for the info all!

Hopefully that won't be anytime soon

Is it possible that she was standing right in front of the ride when she asked the question and the CM was goofing around with her? It happens - some time go over to stupid guest tricks and see what some of the CM's talk about over there.
