Peter Pan's Flight Stroller Parking

If we enter at rope drop and head through the castle, what is the best/closest stroller parking to use if we plan on going to Pooh next?

I would leave the stroller at the carousel if you only want to park once, but there are "lots" near both rides

The stroller parking area to the left of Small World is pretty much right across from PP. That's where I would park it.

Park by the Carousel. That puts you almost in the middle. Quick walk to Peter Pan, Small World, Phillharmagic, Meet/Greets, Mine Train, and entrance to Enchanted Tales with Belle. Pooh is a little further down the way. For Pooh, there is parking along the rock wall outside of the ride entrance but if you are only wanting to park the stroller once I would leave it by the carousel. The parking that used to be to the left of Small world and jam pack the walkway has been moved to the bathrooms by Rapunzel's Tower.

The plan of attack is Peter Pan, Pooh, Speedway, Tea Cups, Dumbo, Barnstormer, Character Tent, Arial, Little Mermaid, Smallworld, carousel, Philharmagic then Haunted Mansion. If Haunted Mansion has a big line we will get a 4th FP+ for it later.

I guess if we leave it at the carousel, we can carry her to Peter Pan from there and then just carry her to Pooh and my wife can push the empty stroller to Pooh and leave it at the stroller parking there.

I'd suggest the carousel too as the parking by the rapunzel bathrooms is beyond Peter Pan so you'd have to go beyond the line to park the stroller then double back to join the rope drop crowd whereas the caurosel is right on the way going through the castle and honestly didn't seem that much further of a walk.
