Anyone seen it yet? What did you think?

I didn't see a reason to remake Peter Pan, but I thought it was ok. Not fantastic, but it was nice to hear some of the original JM Barrie dialogue preserved.

Funny thing was, I noticed that it's released by Universal. In the back of my mind I kept seeing the IOA ride they might make for this movie.

We saw it on Friday. It was very good and I enjoyed it much more than Hook. The child actors were very good and the actress who played Tink was cute. Loved the dad/Hook. My husband didn't know that it was Lucius Malfoy until I pointed it out.

Hook was only slightly better than Popeye in my opinion. And I hated Popeye, even though I love Robin Williams.

We'll buy it on DVD when it comes out.

There were loads of people buying tickets for LOTR when we were in line and hardly any buying for Peter Pan. Hope the box office receipts are good.

We just got back and really, really liked it!!
I would go see it again and definitely buy it on DVD when the time comes.

my 13 year old daughter thought the boy who plays Peter is a hottie. if she were Wendy she'd definitely want to kiss Peter.

DH and I saw Peter Pan this weekend, and we loved it! I like Hook too though, especially the part when the little lost boy is playing with Robin Williams' face and says "oh there you are Peter".....and the whole group of lost boys runs over to his side.

I just got back from seeing it and we loved it! I liked it much better than Hook.

I haven't seen it yet, but the boy who plays Peter must be fairly old, if a 13 year old would like to kiss him. I don't know of any 13 year olds who are interested in a boy that LOOKS like a young boy. They like teenagers.

he's 14

And I was right, he doesn't look like a young boy (from the picture you posted,) but I must also say he doesn't look young enough to be a Peter Pan.

Not seen it but I do know it was filmed here at Warner Bros Movie World on the Gold Coast.

We do have a few claims to fame over here in the land down under:D

My DH and I saw it this weekend, and I loved it. The Hook movie really shows how well it was a sequal. Like the one lost boy, who in the Hook movie is lost and cant find his marbles.

I just really enjoyed the movie, just enough humor, but following the story great

I thought the previews looked terrific. It isn't getting the best reviews. I will see this movie. I also thought Hook was good.

I dont see why not...there were numerous children in my Sat night showing, all VERY well behaved too::yes::

We saw Peter Pan today and I was very impressed. I thought it was well done. The acting was very good. It stayed very true to the book. I'd recommed it.
