Peter Pan Costume

I know making a Peter Pan costume won't exactly be rocket science. But, I'm looking for any tips or tricks from anyone with experience.

My son is 4 (size of a 5 yr old) and wants to be Peter Pan for Halloween.

My DS was Peter Pan a few years ago. I think he was about 6. We bought his costume at the Disney Store.

It was brown leggings, a green shirt with the jagged edge around the hem, and a little hat with a red feather. I think we ended up putting a white T-shirt under the costume. There should be lots of resources for costume patterns, pictures, etc. Peter Pan is pretty popular. Of course EVERYONE called him Robin Hood.
