Peter Pan at Disneyland?

First off, hi to everyone! I've been lurking around and finally decided to join.

My cousin and I are going to Disneyland on Nov. 3rd and I really want to take a picture with Peter Pan since he's my favorite (along with Mickey) and bring my little brother his autograph. I've been to Disneyland several times but I've never seen Peter anywhere besides the Parade of Dreams... so my question is, is he available for autographs and if so, how can I find out where and at what time?

Also... how crowded is it on Fridays? I always go on Saturdays so I have no clue

Welcome to the Dis! Gosh, now that I think about it I dont think I have ever seen Peter Pan. Something to look for on my next visit.

Yes, last November we spent quite a bit of time with Peter Pan. We found him near the Dumbo Ride and it seemed whenver Peter was out so was Wendy and Captain Hook. It was quite fun to interact with them.

We had the best experience with Peter in March. Dh went on the walk in walts tour early Sunday morning, our last day. The kids and I entered the park shortly after it opened. Right after we walked thru the tunnel, I could sense someone close behind me. When I turned to see why someone was so close- I saw Peter go skipping off. People around us were laughing. Aparently I had an extra shadow for a few minutes. We followed him, until he stopped to sign autographs for a couple teenage girls.

When it was our turn he said "Your shoe is untied" and sat on the ground in front of our dd, and tied it for her. When he was done he posed for a couple pictures and signed her book. When we told dh after his tour he was sad that he missed such a magical moment. When we looked at the pictures later we noticed he is in the background with the tour group! He's the tall guy in a red sweatshirt (very top right corner). We took about 6 pictures and dh is in all of the. .

Your right, Peter really isnt around all that much. I spent 6 days at Disneyland this past month, and not once did I see him. But I've heard he is around the park at times. And yes its usually in Fantasyland.

I've seen Peter out in the mornings on Main Street. Then later in the day I've found him near Sleeping Beauty's Castle, on the walkway next to the Matterhorn, usually with Hook and Wendy.

I love Wendy too, she's my favorite female character, but I'll consider myself happy (and lucky) just with meeting Peter I hope I get to see him, I'll be sure to search at the places you guys mentioned. Thanks!

We've seen Wendy during our last couple trips as well. Often she can be found near the castle, with the princesses. Here is a picture I took in May.

We have stumbled upon Peter Pan a few times, just sttting among the plants and wating for someone to notice him. Over by the Matterhorn left side exit along the pathway that leads back to TL/Nemo area.

He also hangs out on Main Street in the mornings.

This is pretty outdated info, but my mom went in June of 2004 and saw Peter (along with Cinderella and a few other characters) at DCA in the animation type building - sorry, not sure what it's called.

I think he's a hard one to find. I think your best bets are probably the Dumbo area or Animation building at DCA.

I just saw Peter Pan today (Friday). He was at the carnation plaza area - where they do the cookie baking, right behind the pin cart. (The old AP place, for those who remember that) He took a few kids (kids only) to the piano on the patio, and they all had a song fest with the Mad Hatter who was also there. This was about 2:30 pm

Yeah you often find the Mad Hatter there. He was with Alice playing musical chairs with a few kids when I was there a few weeks back. I've heard though that Peter is seen around that area. I just hadnt seen him.

Well, at least now I have an idea of where I can find him. If I don't see him there's always next time, but hopefully I'll catch him because I've been looking forever!

By the way, does anyone else here feel like they're a little too old to meet characters? I mean, I love taking pictures with them and everything but sometimes other people in line give me these weird looks because I'm 20 and I want to meet Mickey or a princess

I'm 38, and I dont worry about the looks I get from others. Of course it helps that I usually have kids with me. But, in May it was be and two other women. All 35 or over. We took pic's with every character we could find.
