When I heard you talking about this on the podcast, I immediately thought of library/school furniture....Google "trapezoid computer table". Buy two and put them together. They come with cabling holes and grommets already installed. They may not all have collapsible legs, but many come with adjustable height tables. Hope that helps!

What about those large tables like they use for weddings at hotels - They usually set 10 people. Then a hole can be cut in the middle. Maybe restaurant supply store might have one? or a hotel vendor?
just a thought.
