I'm not Pete, but I also do keto, and wanted to mention the new "secret menu item" that Cosmic Ray's has available via mobile order. Its a cheeseburger with pork rinds on it! If you remove the bun and add some pickles, it would be a great keto-friendly and filling lunch!

Also wanted to mention that Pete looks great and I have been glad to hear about the success and health improvements he's seen from it. I've been keto for over 2 years now and you do feel so much better!

I guess these aren't really snacks, but almost every restaurant offers a salad. If you really plan to stay strictly keto, you might pack some snacks to take into the parks. You could always get a bun-less dog or burger as a snack.
