Not that we ever doubt him!! But Disney does "listen" to the Disboards.

Hi Everyone. I don’t post very often so I am not sure if this has already been mentioned but in the February 13th issue of Travel Weekly the Disboards are mentioned.

They interviewed Disney Cruise Line COO Tom Wolber and in a comment regarding guest feedback he says,”We [also] consider online comments that passengers post. The biggest one is the Disboards [forum]; I have that one on a fast link."

I was told last week by a Disney manager that they have a group who monitors the internet for Disney related stories and posts and that for certain, the DIS is on the list.
