Pete said several times all he needs right now is a bucket of the bacon and eggs appetizer from The Wave and a Barry Manilow CD.
Well, he finally had the bacon and eggs appetizer. I wonder if he remembered the Barry Manilow CD?

I mean, it's park belly, grits and a poached egg. That's a lot less "basic" than scrambled eggs and fried bacon.

Let me add:

Maple lacquered glaze on the pork belly
Tillamook smoked cheddar mixed with the grits
The poached egg is cooked to an "exact" temperature (I think it is ~143 F). Think of the yolk consistency of a custard.

Mine was topped with a sprinkling of I believe chopped watercress last time I was there.
