Pet Friendly Hotel

We have just gotten a brand new puppy. First furry pet in our family. He will be 4 months old when we go to Disney. I clicked on the pet friendly post above but it is outdated because I have called a couple of hotels and they haves advised me they do not allow pets.

We do not want to bored him because he is so young.

Does any one know of a nice hotel near Disney that take pets.

I highly recommend you board him. At 4 months old he is going to need to go out a lot, so you are either going to waste half your vacation running back to the room to take care of him, or you will be coming back to a lot of messes.

Plus, as a puppy, he is going to have a lot of energy. If you keep him caged up in a hotel room all day you are going to have an energetic puppy all night. You can't leave him loose in the room while you are gone.

There are some great pet hotels that will treat your puppy like a prince while you are gone.

We are new to all this. He will have his 1st vet visit tomorrow! We have been looking around for a kennel and were advised of a great one. So I will not worry about hotel for now.

Although I agree it would be easier to leave him in a kennel. If you decide to bring him, I think Disney has kennel you can leave him at during the day.
