Pet friendly hotel in San Diego area?

We are looking to do a road trip this summer down to the San Diego area. We want to do the Wildlife park, Legoland etc. We will have our tiny tog with us. Anyone know of a hotel that is pet friendly in those areas? Thank you!

There are actually quite a few San Diego hotels that welcome pets. Most La Quinta hotels are pet-friendly, and there are a handful in the area...I believe Residence Inns around there allow pets as well.

Loews Coronado Bay is pet friendly as are all Loews hotels.
