Pet friendly accomodations near Davenport?

Any suggestions? My mom is near Davenport in an RV. We are thinking of driving down for Easter. ( DH, myself, DS, DD and 2 collies)
I would like to take the dogs. At 9 and 10 years old they have only been kenneled once and it was not a good experience.

Not picky: house, condo, townhouse?

Don't have any personal experience yet, but have been searching for the same. VRBO.com and Homeaway.com allow you to enter "pet friendly" as a filter. I have found a number in the Orlando area which say "pets considered" (always allowing themselves an out, I suppose), but it does certainly cut down the options. Probably harder still with a peak time... Good luck, I hope you find something that suits your family.

davenport for hotels is tough

found only one in Haines city - which is closer than Kissimmee -

would you consider Kissimmee area?

IF you can't find house or condo there are the only two hotels in Davenport that I know of for sure, may have to call the second one & check if there are any size limitations, doesn't say on their site:

Days Suites - Pets with a maximum weight of 80 lbs are allowed for a non-refundable charge of $20 per night. Pet Sanitation Fee is $50 if applicable.

Americas Best Inn - Says they are a 'Pet Friendly' hotel
