Peru whitewater rafting questions

We'll be doing the Peru ABD in August. For those who have done the whitewater rafting, any suggestions on what should we wear and will we be able to change before lunch? Thanks in advance.

My wife and I skipped the white water rafting portion of our trip but when we met up with the group for lunch everyone was changed back into normal travel cloths with swim suits in their travel bags. So there must have been some sort of facilities to change after rafting but before lunch.

When we were on the rafting trip, the water levels were high and we did not complete the usual course, so I'm not sure if our changing facilities were the norm, but on our trip there were two tents, one for men and one for women. They were set up in tall grass and they were just empty tents. Many of us were wearing wet suits and it was very difficult to change, put on your shoes, etc., with no place to sit and nothing to hold on to. Not ideal changing accommodations, but better than wearing wet clothes. If you like desserts, try the panna cotta (if they still offer it) from the lunch buffet in Ollantaytambo. It was delicious.

For us, there were large tents for changing. You should wear your swimsuit to the site and bring your change of clothes for after the rafting. The tents were fine not much privacy but we took turns and there were only two other women changing when I was in there. I wore tracker pants and a tee that day so it was Easy to change into. This is so fun! Don't miss it!

We changed into our wetsuits at a small building at the launch point. Then right where we got out of the river, there were large tents as others have mentioned to change into dry clothes before lunch. I believe everyone in our group participated.
