If you have not received your order and placed your order for over $50 to be able to receive the 2 free Finding Nemo tickets, please call Guest Services at 1-800-328-0368 if you track your order and see that it is still at the distribution center. I placed my order on May 30th & tracking it, it shows still at distribution.
The Finding Nemo tickets EXPIRE on June 11th (this Wednesday!!)
When I called just now (8:45am EST) to express my concern about receiving the tickets before they expire, I was informed by the CM that there was a system glitch that caused the orders not to upload properly & are causing late orders because it took time to correct it & get all the orders uploaded. After pressing her that even if the order went out this Monday, the 9th, that would only give 2 days transit time & I doubt priority mail would deliver from Kansas to Florida in just 2 days & that would also make me have to go see the movie only Wednesday *if* my order even made it in time. She agreed and gave my order a credit of $12 which is the "retail price" of the 2 tickets & said I could use that to go see the movie when I could! My daughter & I can actually see the movie for $4.75 each if we go to a matinee so I actually came out better!
