Personalized t-shirts

I just went to disneydirect.com to order shirts for my girls for our upcoming trip. They have a Birthday Princess t-shirt that you can personalize, and I was going to have...

My Surprise Birthday Trip
June 6-11, 2005

...printed on them. Well, I am SO disappointed! The shirts are only available in M, L and XL. I need one 12 mos or 18 mos, one XS and one S.

Anyone have any ideas of how I can still do this? I've seen people use Zazzle.com. How long does an order take? I would do it on my own computer, but my printer isn't the greatest.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I ordered my son a personalized birthday shirt on eBay. I think I just did a search for "personalized birthday shirt"!!! His favorite character is Mickey Mouse, so I bought him a Mickey one that has his name on it and says Birthday Boy. It is too cute! I think it was around $12 including shipping. Hope this info helps!

Do you have a friend with a good printer? i just did this exact thing for my friend's daughter and neice...got toddler sized t shirts,,,,,found all of their favorite princess off the internet, grouped them together,,they had cinderella, bell, aurora, ariel, snow white and a cute princess minnie,,,it had birthday princess across the top and their name across the bottom,,,i had added a tiny tinkerbell at the top, but they are not tink lovers so i took that away, but she looked so cute waving her wand across the top sprinkling pixie dust!!! i could show you if someone could tell me how to put a picture in my post,,,,
