Personalized mouse ears shipping

I was going to have my brother pick up some baby mouse ears personalized for a friend of mine while he is at the Magic Kingdom in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know if they will ship those direct so he doesn't have to get them home on the plane? And, what the cost might be?
