personalized menus??

during our anniversary trip in 08 we got them from citricos and narcoossees but when i went to narcoossees with my sister for her birthday last december it just said happy birthday on the top.

We got a Congratulations/ Happy anniversary one at Yatchman, Citricos, Narcossesse and I pretty sure also at Cali grill a few months ago.

We went to over a dozen TS restaurants on our trip last year but Narcoossee's was the only restaurant that printed a personalized menu that said Happy Anniversary and our names with Mickey and Minnie and some hearts printed on it which we thought was really nice and after we ordered our waitress brought an envelope to take them as a nice souvenir.

1) If looking for a quote or phrase, forget it.
2) If something simple, should be no problem.
3) Examples of simple personalizations.
