personalized menus for special days?

hey there, long time since i've written. this is the question. i read on one ofthe tr that someone had a personalized menu for their child. was wondering if you all have heard how to do this or where to start? would like to do this for my oldest's bday at le ceiler, but not sure.

We got these last week at Yachtsman Steakhouse, however I had no idea we were getting them. I just noted on our ADR that it was our anniversary.

When we were seated, we had 2 menus on the table. The first thing I noticed was a Mickey & Minnie bride and groom picture on both top corners and thought, what a conicidence (Duh!). Then I saw "Happy Anniversary, Mr & Mrs....". It was a very nice touch!

We also received a surprise personalized menu for our anniversary dinner at Artist Point. When I made the ADR, I noted that it was for our anniversary. It was a nice touch.

Citricos gave us ones with Happy Birthday on them but no name, which was fine.
