Personalized Itinerary

My family and I will be traveling to Disney World for the FIRST time in October. I can hardly wait. I am putting together a small welcome basket for my in-laws and would like to include a personalized Itinerary. Is this a possible?

No particular theme. It is our first visit, so I'm prett flexible. I like the fab five one too. Here is our schedule. Oct 2: arrive at Coronado Springs. Oct 3 MK day (Crystal Palace at 12:50). Oct 4 Epcot day ( Akershus at 8:00) oct 5 AK day (tucker house at 12:35). Oct 6 DHS day ( Hollywood and Vine 8:15, ohana5:15) Oct 7 Sea World, Oct 8 MK day ( Chef Mickey at 6:35). Oct 9 depart for KY home
