Personalized GOH badges still available??

If so, where? And how much are they? I have found a source for them online, for $22, but some of their other merchandise seems very overpriced (even for Disney!), so I was wondering if I could wait until we were there. I know they used to be available at the Christmas store in DTD, but had heard they no longer had them.

They still had them in the Christmas Store in DTD back in February, but they now only come in red with Mickey on them. Luckily, my kids got theirs in 2000 and they have Tigger, Pooh, and Mickey....all different colors. Maybe people were confusing them with actual CM badges so they decided to make them all one color/character...?

Did the online store have the different characters?

The only online store that I found to have different characters is called laughingplacestore.com They have a pink name badge with the princesses on it. The back of the pin says Disneyland, but there's nothing to indicate which park on the front. I purchased one for my DD and she loves it. It's advertised at $7.55 plus I noticed that they also have the red/Mickey goh badges from DisneyWorld for $8.95.

I bought one for each of my DD's in June at the Celebrity Five & Dime at MGM Studios. I don't remember the exact price ($6 or $7 each). The only style available was Mickey on a red badge. My DD's wore them at each park. At the Animal Kingdom, Pocahontas called them by their names, and the CM's at the Magic Kingdom would say things like, "Hey, Caroline!" "Here's Caroline & Kelley again." My DD's loved that.

I ordered one from MainStreetMegaStore over a month ago and have yet to see it. It's one of those that costs $22, so I am getting a little upset with the delay. I only ordered it because I thought DD would love it, but now I am regretting the decision.....

I'll post again if I ever receive it.

www.giftsofalifetime.com has them for $8.95 each. The last time we saw them was at the Christmas shop at Downtown Disney - don't remember how much they were. It's nice to have them when you go to your first park, though and not have to worry about finding them.

We love ours! We get lots of attention when we wear them!!

I just ordered them a few months ago directly from the Days of Christmas store in DTD. I think I paid $6 each - they were shipped to my house in about 1 week.

Do you happen to remember the website? I have searched under Days of Christmas and Downtown Disney but they don't come up with a link to go into and shop.

Disney direct merchandise does not have a website. Just call Walt Disney World's Mail Order Department at (407) 363–6200 and order over the phone with your credit card. You'll be charged the regular price plus shipping, and you'll get the item direct from Disney. You can also e-mail them at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com

You can purchase online from the laughingplace.com.. They are sorta hard to find on there web site but worth the look. They cost about $8 each plus shipping. As mentioned in previous postings about being available onsite is true. We wanted to buy some when we arrived but at one place the person that did the badges had gone home and couldnt make ours then. And the other place the maching was broken that inscribed the letters. So be prepared and order online takes about 2 weeks

We bought some through Gifts of a Lifetime and had a very positive experience. Only a few more dollars than buying in person, they were shipped to us, and they even came in the Disney boxes - great, as two were gifts for friends.
