Personalized Christmas Ornaments At DTD?

You can call The Days of Christmas at DTD directly and order a personalized ornament. There is no website maintained by Disney.

If I get a chance tomorrow, I'll run by DTD and take pictures of the current ornament selection and post them.

I know when we were there last Christmas the store in MGM was also personalizing ornaments. We got them within just a few minutes (we waited for them) and we were there December 23rd.

I go to the Christmas store and spend WAY to much money.

For this year we got a pink ball that has a Minnie on top of it in a ballerina outfit - that is Chloe's ornament for this year. Then I got a "mouse ears" hat ornament that has frosting on it - no personalization. An ornament for my neighbors little girls - had their names put on the back.

One thing no one has mentioned - IF they cannot get the personalization done for you during your trip - you can always have them ship them to you. That is what we do everytime - never had an issue.

They are pretty used to me taking pictures of merchandise for my website, so this wasn't anything new to them. I do get some odd looks from other guests.

Feralpeg, thanks so much for taking those photos! I have yet to take a look at them (I'm at work, and I don't want to get caught drooling over Disney ornaments!), but I know I'll be even more excited to pick up the ornaments after I see my options!

You were lucky. They don't have personalization people at MGM all the time. I'm sure they put extra people on because of the holiday rush.

They charge per word on the personalization, but one of the CM's explained that 10/29/07 counts as one word, while October 29, 2007 would count as three.

Just something to keep in mind when planning your personalization!!
