After multiple phone calls and 5 emails to Guest Services over the last 3 weeks- I received a call this morning from WDW Travel Company informing me that they have agreed to honor my request and allow me to book next year under the Bounce back/Free dining Program.
Even though we never received the info in our room about Bounce Back they initially denied my first 3 reservation requests after returning home.
So the moral of the story is try, try and then try again!
