Perks stay if I sell & re-purchase resale?

I bought resale years ago, before Disney made the changes to resale owners so I'm "grandfathered" in. But I was thinking of selling that contract and purchasing a larger one, also on the resale market. Does anyone know if I would keep the perks? Thanks.

You would lose access to the perks if you sell off the points that made you eligible.

No, and to answer a related question that you didn't ask, if your grandfathered contract is able to be used at Riviera, and you added a second resale contract, those second set of resale points wouldn't be able to book Riviera even if you kept the first one.

I find it helpful to think of it as the perks being connected to the points, not the person.

And to add, if someone owns points that were direct added when the minimum was lower, you have to always keep that contract, even if you add on more direct.

For example, if someone has a 25 point contract that earned them the perks, and has since added on a 50 point contract, sells the 25, the perks go and now the owner needs to meet the current 150 point minimum.

With the caveat that, under resale restrictions, if qualified points (contract) are now sold to someone else, the perks don't transfer with those points to the new owner. They get DIS-connected and just vanish like magic. That's one of the fundamental rules of resale restrictions.
