Perks of staying at Disneyland Hotel

Hi all,

We are heading to disneyland in the fall and are staying at the disneyland hotel. Can someone please tell me any perks of tips for the hotel. Also I heard the rumor that guests of the disneyland hotel are also able to use the entrance into california adventure through the grand californian hotel. Can you please tell me if this is true or if the entrance is only for guest of the grand californinan, and not guests of the other 2 disney hotels.

I know for a fact that PPH can use the entrance and when I stayed at DLH, I was just asked to show my room card, so I assume that is still the case. The Monorial is closer for Disneyland, but if you are going to DCA, it is great to use the GC entrance. You can also get into the park early every day of your stay. Someone just posted that you can pool hop to the PPH which has a cool waterslide. You can send any purchases to your hotel and not hassle with carrying them through the park.

As long as you are staying at one of the resort hotels, you are considered a resort guest, which means you can use all of the resort facilities, including the pools and the DCA entrance.

You can also charge purchases to the room, you will be able to take advantage of early entry on the days that they offer it, and you have the convenience of being able to take the monorail from the hotel into the park.
