Perks of a VIP ESPN employee?

Taking a trip in March with my sister and her boyfriend who is an ESPN employee with a VIP card. Does anyone know the advantages of having this gold pass in the park? Is it true we can get to the front of the line?

If I'm thinking correctly by what you mean by "VIP Card" That is only for admission and not FP. Those cards can be used to obtain FP+ at a kiosk, but you are only entitled to what everyone else is.

Employees (and their spouses) get a Main Gate pass card and a # of Guest Passes, which are subject to blockout dates, as well as so many paper passes per year that can be used any time to enter the park. CMs do not get skip the line passes. CMs get discounts on certain restaurants, merchandise, tours, etc. The employee should know what they get for discounts and their passes by logging into Disney's employee portal The Hub.
