Perks for onsite guests?

My last three trips to the area have been to Universal, mainly due to FOTL access for those who stay onsite. I have often wondered why Disney does not offer something like that to it's onsite guests. I know with all their resorts it would be hard to give all FOTL access, but I always thought that they could give you a number of fast passes based on the number in your party and the number of nights you stay. They could stager it by days so you could only use so many and any given day. It probably would not create havoc for them and would be a nice little perk. Does anyone know if something like this has ever been considered or discussed by Disney.

Well the onsite guests get the EMH, 1 hour in the AM and 3 hours at night. I'd rather have the EMH than a few extra fast passes.

I completely agree. I love night EMH. Also, I think staying at a Disney resort is a big enough perk for me! I feel fully immersed in the magic. Also, being dropped off at the front of the park by bus is a lot nicer than having to park, ride a tram, walk, or ride a ferry.

dont forget the transportation to and from the hotels and parks . I know people have complaints about it but i still think it is a great perk. Also on site guests are guaranteed entrance into a theme park in case of full occupnacy. It may not be the exact park you want but it is a guarantee
