Whenever I went to WDW - I'd go to B&BW - pick up a shower gel, lotion, and spray... and then use it on that trip - so when I returned, that scent would bring me right back there.

I soon became tired of B&BW (they all smell the same to me...the undertone) So, I started with Victoria's Secret....

THEN - I was in EPCOT one year and picked up YSL BabyDoll - in "France" WOWIE - I fell in love.... and wore BabyDoll everyday, all the time.

Now I'm on a DKNY Be Delicious - kick. I love it...

What do you wear - everyday? What would I be able to say "That smells like ___________" if you wore it?

I had to chuckle when I read your post about having a special scent for your Disney trips. I had a body spray that I used while we were in Disney in May. Well, we decided to surprise our kids with a second trip this September. We decided not to tell them (7, 4, 2) until the morning of our departure. We "fibbed" a story that we all had to get up early and be out by 7 a.m. to take DH's car to the shop for some repairs. I came out wearing "that" scent and our DS 7 says "Hey Mommy...You smell like Disney!" DH & I had to find all of our strength in order to not start LOL!!! Once outside, the kids discovered our trip secret as they got into our van. We had their newest WDW Mickey and Minnie toys in their seats, together with GOH badges and green Mickey shapes hanging all over from the ceiling of the van! Just felt like sharing...Take care!

Laila.

I don't wear perfume all the time, but when I do it's Laila (from Epcot's Norway) for me. Except sometimes I do use Crabree & Evelyn's Gardenia. Those two are it though.

Wow, I've never thought of using a different scent to remind myself of someplace special. What a great idea.

I love Obsession.

One perfume that really holds a lot of sentimental memories for me is Tabu. When I was a child, one of my mom's friends wore it all the time -- soaked herself in it. So, I wore it as a teen because it had such good memories. That brought about even more memories. When I was dating my first love, he really loved that scent, so I wore it for him. Every time we were together, Tabu and his leather would mingle, creating a special scent just for us.

He died.

Even so many years later, when I want to remember him, I buy a cheap bottle of Tabu. I can't imagine what would happen if I combined it with leather now.

Fragrance ADD...I'm always switching it up.
Over the summer is was CK One Summer
Recently it was Burberry Britt
When my sephora order comes on monday, it'll be Stila Midnight Bloom

I am so glad there is a name for my affliction! I have FADD, too! In the past 2 years it has been Marc Jacobs, Hot Couture (Yves St. Laurent) and Burberry Brit (my current scent). When I was younger I had about 20 that I switched out ALL the time...my favourites being Opium and Cinnebar.

I am always looking for something new!

My Mom was a White Shoulders gal. Anytime I smell that it reminds me of her...

I tried several popular ones in my youth like Beautiful, anis anis, Coco by Channel.

THen I got a sample of K de Krizia and I fell in love. It doesn't tickle my allergy nose and it soft. I've been wearing it since I was 20. It's harder to come by now because the big stores no longer sell it but I can get it online.

I also LOVE Angel. It's my second favorite but it's SO expensive and my sister already wears it so I don't wear it often.

I'm the same way, thinkin' I've got all kinds of money to burn when it comes to fragrances. I read about LOUKHOUM perfume by Keiko Mecheri and I just LOVE it! I also wear Laila to remind me of Disney.

I have three I wear depending on my mood - two by Thierry Mugler one is Angel and the other is Angel Innocent. The third is Yves Saint Laurent Paris.

I end up bringing home so much stuff when we go to France, there is one store we always go to, the prices can't be beat!
