I just got my Disney Cruise Line DVD planner in the mail today! Now I can get even more excited about our 14 day CA to FL cruise!!!

How do you request the dvd????? Does it have more info than the video tape? I'd love to see some new disney info to get me even more crazed than i already am!!!

hubby put in a request for the dvd last week - we're hoping to get it sometime before the end of May so we can show it to all 23 people in our group that will be doing the CA to FL cruise!!

I'm getting forgetful so I cant remember whan I requested it. I just went onto Disneycruise.com to get it maybe about three or four weeks ago. I'm at work now so I will have to wait untill I get home to see it. I have never seen the vhs version so I cannot compare the two even after I watch it. If it is anything like the WDW INTERACTIVE one I got I'm sure it will be awsome!!

I also just got my DVD for DCL planner in the mail at the begning of this week. I ordered it....well it's been so long, I can't remember...but I'd guess at least a month ago.

I already had the vhs version for DCL planner, but after seeing the dvd version of the WDW planner...and thinking what a great added bonus it would make to the trip scrapbook, I decided to order the dvd version of the DCL planner also.

OMG......there is soooo much more in the dvd....I couldn't beleive how much more it has. You can tour the ship level by level, see each cat. state room...and see what level there on. You are alos can sneek a peek at the entertainment for various age groups, childrens activites...for each age group....the list goes on, and on, and on.

I agree with scrapperjill, the DVD has soooo much more info than the Video!! You will have to plan on watching it over and over in order to get all the info down!! So pop yourself some popcorn and slip into the most comfy chair and ENJOY!!!

When we ordered the DVDfrom the cruise web site it took 3 weeks to arrive. Now we watch it at least twice a week, and I still learn something new each time!!

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy! I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago and was ALREADY camping out at the mailbox. Now there will be no living with me waiting for it to arrive!

Not only will DH and I (but mostly me) salivate over it on a regular basis, I plan on using it with my todder DS & DD to "prepare" them for the experience. My son doesn't do new things really well so I have to plan-- yes, even this far in advance-- so he will be mentally prepared to have fun.

As I told DH, I will certainly get my money's worth out of the cruise because I plan to eat it, breathe it and sleep it for the next nine months!

The cruise dvd is great! It is very interactive and will definitely make you very excited about the cruise. My 8yo son and I watched it together and he was sad when it ended!

I didn't know there was a Disney World DVD available also -- now I'll have to go order that one
