Has anyone here ever gotten a perfect score on bl:sps? When I went over the summer with 3 of my friends, I finally got that illusive 999,999 on our 7th ride:o Share your stories on it, or best scores. E-mail me if you want to see a pic of the score.

Ps : I'm new to the forums, sorry if there is already a topic about this, my search wasn't working.

I hit it once. (shhh, don't tell, but the ride got stuck for a few minutes so I had an advantage!)

Welcome to the Dis!

We got stuck one time in the room with the volcano on the back wall. Kept shooting at that target and before I knew it, I had 999,999 pts. Wow!

I got it once, and the ride did not even get stuck at all. I even took a picture of it.

We were there with friends in Dec. A good buddy of mine got that elusive score. I chalked it up to him being an engineer and let it go;)

He told me he wasnt even sure what he hit but his score just climbed dramatically on something. We will be in WDW in a few days and Im going to be looking for that dramatic score too::yes::

At least I will have fun trying!!

My husband gets it almost every time. There are some key marks you can hit that gets tons of points. I'm sure if you do some kind of search you can find them, sorry I'm not sure where they all are. I know there is one in the first room, as you exit. I usually just enjoy the ride, get my pitiful amount of points, and watch hubby being a kid again!!!

Have Fun!!

Why don't you share some tips for high scoring on Buzz?
That's a great idea.

I never get anywhere near 999,999. :(

I think one of the targets is located on the orange robot in the first room. You have to spin backwards and hit the back of his moving arm. Also, the Volcano in room #2 on the wall. That is the one I kept hitting on the ride.

Did it once, and I don't even remember how! I just looked down and saw the numbers. the ride sisn't stop or anything, I just must have hit something good. Haven't come close since.

My son got that score too! He was only 5 years old. We have no clue what he hit. At the time I didn't understand what an accomplishment that was, now I'm amazed. We'll see how he does in December.

DH did it once and we have a picture of the scorekeeper to prove it! I bought him a "Galactic Hero" badge to wear! (But he never wore it so I just saved it for the scrapbook!). This happened in January and we still talk about it (a lot!)......................P

I'm always so upset when I get off this ride because my score always SUCKS and DH has a much higher score. Now, that I've learned some secrets of where some high-point targets are, I'm to go on it again. But, if my score still SUCKS, I don't think I'll ride it again for a very long while.

My (now) DH got a perfect score in January. He got it when we got stuck in the room with the projection of Zurg flying over your head.

When we had our Disney wedding in June, DH oraganized a 'Buzz Lightyear Challenge' with many of our wedding guests. My brother managed to get a perfect score during the compitition (with out the ride getting stuck). I wish he had taken a picture of it, but since many of the more competitive members of the challenge could verify the story I figured it was true. My brother has no idea how he got that score (he usually scores around 600,000) but you can bet he hasn't stopped talking about it. And my dad told everyone he met that his son was a a Galatic Hero for the rest of their trip!

This site has great tips. I have never gotten the illusive perfect score, but did come quite close one time. We took a picture but it turned out looking like all 8's, and that wasn't the score. Just wondering how you get the numbers to show correctly. I used a digital with flash.

The hand on the orange robot gives you 100,000 per hit. The volcano (I always shoot the top) gives you either 30,000 or 50,000. Then I always shoot the batteries that are on the wall on the right side of the ride (not sure which room it is, but there are 2 batteries on each side of this control panel or something in the middle) they give you 30,000 per hit. So basically, hit the hand 3-5 times and then light up the volcano, and the batteries should do it for you. :teeth:
